Student Service Learning Hours Opportunities

Send us an email to maelshows@gmail.com to find out more information about how students can learn SSL's by volunteering before or during the shows as well as other times at the barn! 

Some options for show weekend:

• Help get ready for the show the day before
• Serve as a jump crew member
• Serve as a barn assistant (showing riders their leased horses and helping with tacking, etc.)
• Show secretary assistant (give out ribbons, keep track of placings, be a runner when needed)
• Miscellaneous

Some options for any time:

• General barn help - cleaning, organizing, etc. 
• Assisting with jump course decoration, painting jumps, etc.

We are a recognized 501(c)3 charitable organization and as such can offer such opportunities.
